We offer local and regional delivery options throughout the lower 48 states and Canada.
Please keep in mind that production time does not include shipping/transit time.
Custom Tables
Online custom table orders SHIP FOR FREE via LTL Delivery. The Lamon Luther team will follow up with you after we receive the new order confirmation to finalize the delivery option you wish to use. LTL deliveries are made on a 48′ trailer with liftgate, and you will be responsible for unloading and bringing your table inside the home. White Glove Delivery is available, but is associated with additional cost. With White Glove Delivery, your custom table will be delivered into your home or business and set in the room of your choice.
Deliveries outside our regional footprint are made by our trusted third-party shipping partners.
Please notify us of any important delivery or access details when placing your order (multiple floors, tight access, building or parking requirements, etc.). Remember it is the customer’s responsibility to measure their space, ensuring the table will fit into the space and move safely through any entryways, doorways and hallways leading to its final location. Custom tables are non-returnable and nonrefundable due to not fitting into the intended space.
Table Tops
Online tabletop orders SHIP FOR FREE via UPS or Less-than-Truckload (LTL) service providers.
For UPS shipments, tabletops are typically packaged in foam, edge protectors, and cardboard to be shipped via UPS and they will deliver to the front door and you will be responsible for bringing the tabletop into the home. For LTL shipments, tabletops are typically crated and shipped with a national LTL service provider. LTL carriers provide curbside delivery with Liftgate. Items arrive in a crate to your residence, and you will be responsible for unload and bringing the tabletop into the home. The Lamon Luther team will follow up with you after we receive the new order confirmation to finalize the delivery option available for your purchase.
For UPS shipments, it is recommended that someone be present to receive the table tops so they can be brought indoors, as real solid wood can expand/contract and warp when exposed to humidity and changes in temperature. For LTL shipments, it is necessary that someone be present to receive the tabletops at delivery.
Please remember it is the customer’s responsibility to measure their space, ensuring the tabletop will fit into the space and safely through any entryways, doorways and hallways leading to its final location. Table tops are non-returnable and nonrefundable due to not fitting into the intended space.
Seating & Living Furniture
Lamon Luther seating and living products ship differently depending on the item quantity, size, and your geographic location. Larger items or multiple-quantity orders will ship via LTL Freight (Less-than-Truckload) with our trusted delivery partners. White Glove Delivery within our local/regional footprint is available for additional cost. Smaller furniture products or low-quantity orders will ship LTL or Small Parcel with a national carrier (UPS, etc.) depending on your location. The Lamon Luther team will follow up with you after we receive the new order confirmation to finalize the delivery option you wish to use.

Wall Paneling

Our wood wall paneling materials can be shipped nationwide – and we also offer installation services within our local/regional footprint. We can provide custom freight & delivery quotes for wall paneling materials depending on the amount being ordered and your geographic location.
Houseware Items
Small houseware & home decor items usually ship Small Parcel with UPS or USPS. If you’d like to place a bulk or large-quantity order, please contact us directly for a custom shipping quote.
Local Pickup (FREE)
If you live in the Atlanta area or are willing to drive to our facility, we typically offer discounts when customers choose to pick up Custom Tables or larger furniture items directly from our woodshop. Just bring a truck, van, or trailer large enough to fit your item and we’re more than happy to help you load and secure it. Custom Freight/Shipping Quotes
If you’d like to get a custom freight quote prior to placing your order, please contact us. We’ll need to know the exact item you plan to order (dimensions & weight) before we can provide an accurate quote. All shipping & delivery costs are subject to the actual weight and dimensions of your order, as well as additional services when required (liftgate needed, etc.). Prices are subject to change at any time, and are at the sole discretion of Lamon Luther.
Rush Service
If you need an order sooner, we offer rush service for a 15% expediting fee. This allows us to complete your order in roughly half the time (3-4 weeks, depending on order complexity and quantity).

From the day you book an order, to the day it’s ready for delivery or pickup, you are looking at 5-7 weeks (sometimes sooner as our production queue allows). Lamon Luther wood products are handcrafted and made to order based on your specifications.
We don’t have a warehouse full of assembly-made furniture that we can ship out instantly. Each piece is built specifically for you, with real wood and honest processes, by expert craftsmen — so it can take a little bit of time. We’ll always strive to complete projects as soon as possible, while taking care to make sure it’s done right.

You’ll want to make sure the table or item you are ordering will fit not only in its final spot, but also the pathways and entryways leading to its final location. Please feel free to contact us with any questions about this.
Please consider any entryways, doorways, hallways, stairwells, elevators, corridors, or other obstacles the item may need to fit through or around. We want to help accommodate you in every way possible, but you, the customer, are ultimately responsible for ensuring that the item will fit into your space.
Once an item is picked up by our freight partner, it, unfortunately, cannot be returned to Lamon Luther in the event that it does not fit in your space. If the item does not fit into your space, any and all costs related to returning a shipped or delivered item will be the customer’s responsibility.
